PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF DRIVE IN DRIVE THROUGH PALLET RACKING SYSTEM AND HIGH REACH TRUCK AT LUBRICANTS MANUFACTURING TERMINAL (LMT) KORANGI, KARACHI
 
PSO intends to install multiple tier imported Drive in Drive through pallet racking system for storage of Pallets (Size: 1100 mm Width x 1100 mm Depth x 1400 mm Height) of filled lube cans along with High reach trucks at Lubricants Manufacturing Terminal (LMT), Korangi, Karachi.

Applications are invited from reputable and renowned firms for Supply and Installation of the following:

1. Pallet Racking System (5 & 6 tiers, for storage of approx 1400 Pallets)
2. High Reach Truck

Only highly experienced and professional suppliers who maintain high standards, a large no of customer base and are direct sole agents in Pakistan of racks /equipment manufacturers will be considered suitable for pre-qualification and subsequently for competitive biding. Past experience of installing similar systems locally will be an additional advantage.

Parties already enlisted in PSO shall have to apply afresh for Pre-qualification of above-mentioned job.

An Application for Registration form for this purpose can be obtained on submission of written request on letterhead of company, accompanied by a pay order of Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable) made in favor of Pakistan State Oil Co. Ltd., on any working day from the following address:

The above-mentioned form can also be downloaded from PSO’s website http://www.psopk.com in which case above-mentioned Pay Order must accompany with the form during its submission on or before due date.

Interested and eligible parties may apply for pre-qualification with following information mentioned in the registration form:
 
  1. Company profile on Company’s letterhead.
  2. Certificate of affiliation / association with the manufacturer of Racking System / High Reach Truck.
  3. Name and address of Banker and Bank Statement for last 12 months.
  4. Audited / unaudited financial report (duly signed by chief executive officer) to show Annual Turnover for last 3 years.
  5. List of major clients with copies of Work Orders/Contracts showing major Clients including PSO (if applicable), largest amount of Work ever awarded and on-going Projects.
  6. Details of Experience of the firm (for subject job) including number of years of experience.
  7. All other detail(s) as required by us in Registration Form.
  8. Any other information related to the subject and you consider relevant.
 
NOTE:
  • Information given, if found to be incomplete at any stage, may result in rejection.
  • Information given, if found to be false at any stage will result in immediate rejection.
  • PSO may ask for any further information & details, if required, at any time.
  • PSO reserves the rights to accept or reject the application(s) or scrap the pre-qualification process without assigning any reason.
Response to this invitation shall be submitted on or before October 3, 2006 by 13.00 hrs in sealed envelope marked “Pre-qualification of Firms for Supply and Installation of Pallet Racking System and High Reach Trucks at Lubricants Manufacturing Terminal, Korangi” at the address mentioned above.
