PSO Shaheen – Phase 3 Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your application for PSO Shaheen – Phase 3.

1. Programme

Where every woman has the wings to soar.

What started with 100 women in one city has now grown into a movement aiming mobilising 1,000 women across 5 cities in Pakistan.

PSO Shaheen was created with a simple belief: mobility can unlock independence, opportunity and a more empowered future for the women of Pakistan. Through comprehensive car driving and bike riding training, the programme equips women with practical skills that can support their personal and professional journeys.

Inspired by Allama Iqbal’s visionary poetry and the resilient spirit of the Shaheen, PSO Shaheen represents more than learning to drive or ride. It is about building confidence, breaking mobility barriers and enabling women to move forward on their own terms.

2. Training Fee

The training is completely free of charge for shortlisted participants. No training fee is required to be paid to apply or participate in the programme.

3. Training Category

Applicants may apply for only one area of interest: Car Driving OR Bike Riding. Applicants cannot apply for both training categories.

4. Previous PSO Shaheen Graduates

Participants who have previously graduated from the PSO Shaheen programme are not eligible to apply again, including applicants who wish to apply for a different training category.

For example, a previous bike-riding graduate cannot apply for car-driving training in Phase 3.

5. Applicants Who Discontinued Previous Training

Applicants who previously participated in the PSO Shaheen programme but discontinued their training midway cannot rejoin or continue their previous training through Phase 3.

Such applicants will be blacklisted from participating in the programme.

6. Application Submission

Applications for PSO Shaheen – Phase 3 must be submitted through the designated application form made available through the official PSO website and PSO social media platforms.

Application Deadline: 11 October 2026

Applications submitted after the stated deadline may not be considered.

7. Participating Cities

PSO Shaheen – Phase 3 will be conducted in the following five cities:

1. Karachi
2. Lahore
3. Islamabad/Rawalpindi
4. Multan
5. Faisalabad

8. Shortlisting

Submission of an application does not constitute confirmation of selection or participation in the programme.

Only shortlisted/eligible applicants will be contacted regarding the next steps of the programme.

9. Training Locations & Timings

Training locations and timings will be communicated to shortlisted applicants.

Applicants are responsible for providing correct, complete and active contact details in their application form and ensuring that they remain reachable through the information provided.

10. Programme Communications

Shortlisting, training schedules, locations and other programme-related information will be communicated to eligible applicants through the contact information provided in the application form.

11. Digital Participation Guidelines

To help build a consistent and authentic PSO Shaheen community online, participants are encouraged to:

• Use PSO and PSO Shaheen as the primary programme references when sharing content related to their training journey.
• Tag the official PSO social media handles, where applicable.
• Use the official campaign hashtag #IAmShaheen in relevant posts, reels, stories and videos.
• Clearly identify their content as part of their PSO Shaheen journey when sharing training-related content.
• Share genuine experiences, milestones and learnings from their programme journey.
• Ensure that any content shared does not misrepresent the PSO Shaheen programme, PSO, its partners, trainers or other participants.
• Obtain consent before featuring identifiable fellow participants, trainers or other individuals in publicly shared content.
• Avoid sharing confidential, personal or sensitive information relating to themselves, other participants, training centres or programme operations.
• Follow applicable social media platform rules and community standards when creating and publishing content.

PSO may, where appropriate and with the participant’s consent or under the applicable programme consent terms, feature participant-generated content across official PSO and PSO Shaheen communication channels. PSO also has the right to remove/take down the content.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application for PSO Shaheen – Phase 3, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with the programme requirements and application process communicated by PSO.

PSO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, update or withdraw these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any misrepresentation, misuse of the PSO or PSO Shaheen name, unauthorized use of programme content, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in removal from the programme and/or such further legal action as PSO may deem appropriate under applicable laws.
