• LPG home delivery service is available across Karachi and Lahore.
• LPG prices will be charged based on the order delivery day and the latest LPG rates set by OGRA.
• If the order is placed before 4pm, the order will be delivered within two (2) working days. Delay may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
• If the customer does not attend the order confirmation call from Ta’aluq agents, after three attempts the order will be marked as Declined and fresh order will have to be placed by the customer.
• If the delivery team contacts the customer before delivery and the customer remains unresponsive, the order will be mark as Declined and fresh order will have to be placed by the customer.
• Grand total includes LPG price as per OGRA-notified rates and delivery charges of Rs. 1,050 per 10-kg domestic cylinder, Rs. 1,250 per 11.8-kg and Rs. 4,800 per 45.4-kg commercial cylinder. The delivery charges will not apply for domestic customers (only for domestic metal cylinders 11.8 kg) that directly visits and collects LPG cylinder from PSO LPG shop at Pak Gas Korangi Plant, Korangi Industrial Area, near NRL, Korangi, Karachi and Pak Gas Lahore Plant, 17 Km Lahore, Kot Abdul Malik, Sheikhupura Road, Lahore. Only one (1) domestic metal 11.8 kg cylinder is allowed issuance / refilling for each domestic customer per month, as a fair usage policy.
• Issuance / refilling of Commercial cylinders from the plant shop is not allowed.
• Working Days MON-SAT (except public holidays).
