PSO Mechanic Program is a unique opportunity for mechanics across Pakistan to elevate their skills and knowledge in automotive and motorcycle maintenance. Through hands-on training in collaboration with Hunar Foundation, they’ll not only gain engine care techniques through a cutting-edge modular training program but also in-depth knowledge and valuable insights into PSO lubricants.

Willingness to Learn and Adaptability: Those open to learning new techniques, tools, and technologies

Selection Criteria for Training Program:

  1. Professional Experience: Total years in the automotive or motorcycle repair field.
  2. Daily Vehicle Volume: Average number of vehicles serviced each day.
  3. Workshop Staff Size: Number of workers employed in the workshop.
  4. Workshop Size: Total area of the workshop (in square feet).
  5. Previous Training and Certifications: Any past technical training or certifications completed.

How to Register:

Registrations will be managed through a software by PSO Territory Managers and Area Sales Managers from our distribution network, who will regularly visit PCMO and MCO hi-street clusters.

Mechanics can also call the Taaluq helpline at 0800-03000 to provide their details. Our representative will get back to you for registration.

Mechanics Shortlisting:

After registrations, PSO will shortlist the mechanics for training on the criteria defined above.

The shortlisted mechanics will receive an invitation call and message from PSO Taaluq team.
